Govt. of India has laid down the Standard Specifications for Indian Cashew Kernels for export to have perfect quality control and Inspection. Depending upon the Characteristics and shape Cashew Kernels are graded into white Scorched wholes, Pieces, Splits, Butts etc.
Raisins
Raisins are dried grapes. As such they are produced in many region of the World. Several varities of Raisins are produced in Asia and in the west. Raisins variety depends upon it uses, colour, ( Golden, Black, Brown ) size and taste. It has very low Vitamin E Content and as such it does not contain cholesterol so it is Good for our health.
